Return Policy

Although we do not issue refunds, we do offer exchanges or store credit for any full-priced clothing/apparel items. We will gladly assist you with with an exchange or store credit within 14 days of your in store purchase or within 14 days of receiving your online purchase (including preorders). All items being returned must have tags attached and must be in unworn, perfect condition. Shoes must be returned in the original box, unworn, and must show no signs of wear or damage to any part of the shoes. You must have your original receipt for returns. All sale item purchases are FINAL. Non-clothing items (bath, feeding, hair accessories, toys, books, jewelry, etc.) are FINAL sale. No exceptions.

For out of store returns:
Secure your item(s) and the original invoice/receipt inside USPS approved packaging. Take your package to your local post office and pay appropriate postage. We do not provide return shipping labels. Our return address is AnnaClaire's Boutique, 2032 Veterans Blvd., Suite C, Dublin, GA 31021. We will notify you when we receive your return. At that time, if the return is approved, we will issue you a custom discount code to use on future orders. We are NOT responsible for any damage incurred during the shipping process and therefore CANNOT issue credit for any items damaged during the shipping/return process. You are welcome to bring your online order returns to our store.
